The easy/difficult choice

Young students are today given a whole bunch of opportunities, when they leave school. This is something they haven't received any training in. A lot of famous authors, among these Aristoteles and Søren Kierkegaard, says (or said, they're both dead) that when you can choose, you are given a responsibility. This, due to Johannes Andersen (a Danish author), makes the young students frustrated, and gives them a lot of problems later on. When you can choose between 2005 jobs, but can't see which one, is the most important or which you'd be most fund of earning you're money from, it's a fact that you have a problem !

Foundation of best possible learning

We have chosen to focus at the question; what makes the basement for the best possible learning? An important issue to this question is the two words learning versus the word that doesn't exist. If the teaching is based on learning, it will be a kind of "two-parts game" between the teacher and the pupil. But if the teaching is based on the word that doesn't exist, it will be the teachers responsibility alone, and the teaching will be based on grinding and mutual work. In addition to these words, we have written about some other important statements for the learning.

· The role of the teacher

· The role of the pupil

· The co-operationproces the two roles mutual

· Work environment

The School of Change

To describe the best way to learn in the primary school, we have prepared our idea of the optimal schoolsystem, which we call The School of Change (SC).
The old-fashioned way to part the classes in different groups, such as: "Danish, Religion, Philosophy etc." we have repealed. In our school there will only be two such types of classes. The first, and most important houses all the humanitaire classes, who will work in projects. The second which will serve as tool for the first, teaching the students how to spell, read, calculate etc.
There will always be two teaches in the first type of class. A leader, and a trainer. The leader has the control of the teaching, while the trainer has an individual, and personal relationship to the single student, and helps him to understand the teaching, and to get along with his personal weaknesses. In the second type of class, there will only be one teacher, who will be an expert on the specific subject (example: A englishteacher will be an expert in english).
In the School of Change it is also important that the students has a personal relationship to the class-room, and therefore they can decorate it themselves.
Also, we have parted the school into two schools. From 1st to 6st grade there will be one small school, and from 7 st to 9st grade there will be another, bigger school. This is because the puberty require changes, and bigger environments, and the puberty often start around 7st grade.
